Max teaches Elemental Chi Kung, which means that the forms and exercises he teaches, keep in tune with the passing seasons. Each season has it’s own energetic and the exercises and forms reflect that. The essence of this approach is to keep a person and their energy in harmony with nature.
In his work as a Homeopath and Craniosacral Therapist, he has seen how important it is to integrate Chi Kung into our daily lives, to help the body to be free of emotional restrictions and physical tension patterns. Informed by this knowledge, he teaches specific exercises and Chi Kung forms to enhance the free flow of chi throughout the body. The result of this is a greater sense of grounding, inner stillness, increased vitality, mobility and well-being.
